The sad truth.
It all started on the 13 of june in 2012 and its the last week of school, today was quite warm at ari-codart high school. A girl with black hair and blue eyes walks from the the cherry blossom trees on the south side of catnip lane, to the road in early morning in japan. Shes young, her hair pulled up in pigtails close to her head with some of her hair down, compliments her bright light blue eyes, she's about 17. for some reason she wears black fake cat ears. she doesn't pay attention to wear shes going and neither does the boy walking toward her.
They bump and books go flying, she winces. hurried he says sorry picking up the books and helping her up. "I-I'm so sorry i didn't see... you i mean i saw you i was just! i mean i didn't see you i was thinking ! i mean!!" the girl just smiles saying its fine and taking his hand getting up. she looks at him now. he seems shy, brown hair and eyes kid with a bandaged alway on his face shes saw him before. he always wears the same closes as if he had nothing else to wear. a black loose shirt with a white muscle shirt underneath. "i'm sorry mrs....whats your name?" the girl gladly gives her name as raven knight smith. though tells him he should just call her raven. he agrees and tells her his name is howl and only howl, then asks if he could walk her to class seeing as how they were right outside the schools gate. "sure" raven picks her books up and they walk in together. he walked her to her first class they said their goodbyes and he left.
School went on for both of them neither seeing the other. school ended and the day went on the girl walked into the cherry trees and never come back out till the next morning to go to school. this time the boy was waiting where they had met. "hello" he said she smile saying so back and they headed to class. they do the same thing but this time he's there at her next class and the one after that and everyone after that. she doesn't mind. enjoys the company. they do this for the next year. suddenly though something changes. shes not there in the morning and he walks to class alone that day.
march 21, 2013. he walked to her first classing seeing her talking to another boy, with gold eyes and dirty blond hair. he wears a black leather jacket with ripped blue jeans. shes smiling and happy. they both seem like they're having fun talking to one another so he turns and he leaves. he doesn't know why, he just does and doesn't look for her the rest of the day.
It goes on like this for a week. till one day she catches him in the hall. they start talking and smile just the same as they used to but something again is different. shes not paying attention. she sticks her tongue out and he follows her eyes. theres that boy again. but howl pays no mind to it and keeps talking. he decides the next day at the festival they have at their school every year to do something he'd never normally do. he made sure that other guy was there. he normally naped behind a tree at lunch time, so howl took raven to that place just before the tree and told her how he felt. she told him no saying sorry she liked someone else. they stood awkwardly and then headed to different classes.
When he went to get her after class he noticed that same guy and raven together again. she was smiling at first then he said something and she blushed bright red and started frowning and yelling. howl could hear what they were saying but by the end of it she was smiling again. then they turned and walked off to class together. howl went to his next class and then home without raven.
On the last day of school in their senior year he went to walk raven to school he was shocked and horrified by what he saw in front of him. raven and the guy were kissing. "R....Raven?" e could barely hear himself speak. she jumped and looked toward him. "howl?!.." he couldn't help it he's angry took over and he jumped in the middle of them. he screamed a bunch of stuff and then was shot down by raven and told he was acting crazy and to leave and not talk to her again. that was the last time they talked or saw each other again. later in life he head that she married that same man and had a beautiful baby girl name sophie.
